RV Chassis Option

The Borah Loft can be built on a certified RV chassis, giving you the flexibility of an RVIA-registered unit. This means you can place it on properties zoned for RVs, transport it to a new location, or use it as a mobile dwelling while still enjoying full residential quality.

The RV chassis approach uses the same materials, insulation, and build process as the foundation version. The difference is legal classification — your Borah Loft on an RV chassis is registered as a recreational vehicle, not real property.
